Coming In

A Journey Through Sexuality, Spirituality and Remembering Who We Really Are

"Coming In" is a story of transformation and awakening, from an egotistical, bullying teen, to a self-loving and aware man; through sexuality, spirituality, psychedelics and our connection to Source.

"Coming In" is one man’s journey through sexuality, social-conditioning, and the veil of illusion, in order to remember that we are all One.

As the old stereotypes and abusive ways of “powerful men” continue to fade away, we get to create a new paradigm where kindness, emotional intelligence, and love are the new standards for what it means to be a man. In order to live in that new world, we "get to" create that landscape inside of ourselves first.

Zach Puchtel gives a glimpse into how, through radical responsibility, we can each change the world on a daily basis. That through being aware of, and honing the ability to shift our innermost words and thoughts, we can form conscious consumer choices and lifestyle habits, that help to create the sustainable, regenerative, and kind society that we've all been waiting for.

This book is for anyone who is interested in living a peaceful inner life. Much of it is geared towards men, and provides ample experiential evidence, on how to overcome societal pressures that tell us that we are "not allowed" to have emotions, or to feel deeply.

Zach shares first hand experience to remind us of the powerful creators that we are, and how knowing our emotions is key to self-knowledge and internal confidence. His story is a journey of inner-peace and freedom from self-inflicted chains, something most people can identify with. Through sharing honestly about the real hurdles and obstacles he faced in understanding his sexuality, spirituality and place in world, he opens an honest and real dialogue for what the "new man" will look like.

In the US, we’ve finally started to see the ugly truth of the men who run our political and entertainment industries, and now, after the dust settles, we’ll be looking for a new way to exist and operate as loving, kind, and caring human beings. Coming In provides a framework for how we can all shift individually, and how, in truth, each of us shifting our own reality, is the only way to create lasting change and peace.

Our politicians are “representatives” of who we are. When we shift, they’ll shift, not the other way around. As we continue to remember that we are all one people, we will elect leaders who stand for actual peace, and the well-being of every human being on the planet.

This is not a new idea, though it is becoming more popular as we all wake up.

Nearly every great writer, sage, and poet has come to a similar remembrance as the author, namely, that we are One. What makes Zach’s perspective unique, perhaps, is that his realization came through an experience in the athletic world, transcending the ego in an arena where softness and being kind weren't highly valued characteristics. In re-finding his self-love, he aims to inspire men across the globe to tune into how they are truly feeling, in order to live fulfilling, emotionally secure and happy lives.

There's never been a better time to be aligned with who we really are. "Coming In" sets the table for us, with tangible methods and insight, to feast together on the infinite abundance and joy, that are available for us in every beautiful moment of our divine existence.
