Synopsis

Dark Sunday combines horror thriller, suspense, and romantic mysticism all into one. When Israel North joins the new community church she is fascinated by the pastor's son, there is something curious about him. In fact, there is something curious about each member of August Samuels family.

Aristocrats in the church, very suspicious and secretive meetings begin taking place. The children in the youth church are governed by his older sister d' Angela,a talkative girl who sings everywhere she goes and has strange fits which she claims transport her to the future. Then it starts on a very strange Sunday Mrs. Watkins, the elderly church deacon claims she saw Vincent graph walking on water.

Vincent is in a wheelchair how is this possible? Yet when others in the church start to announce such strange happenings it is clear that something strange is taking place. A boy in a wheelchair, walking on water, hearing people's thoughts, Israel decides to investigate. Yet what begins as curious fun turns into something dark, and captivating. Magical and engaging.

My book is an original piece with a unique twist, it engages its audience and I am the one to write it because I already have an audience. Being a writer and a creative my imagination has often created such insightful scenes, which helped me build my audience on social media in the first place.

I have sold only a handful of copies of my book Counting pennies on Mars an inspirational poetry book, yet when I posted a pin on Pinterest announcing that one of my other books would be coming up it went viral on the internet accruing 2 million views, and the book itself despite not being edited to its full potential received a literary titan award. My book provides a sense of peace and insight, yet also a chance at the reflection, and creates a dialogue, with the challenge of covid, and many things we dot understand, losses, we find ourselves wondering about this other realm of infinite possibilities.

    Congratulations on this Achievement. A very engaging story line. A spin on the church in family life, with an entrancing/mysterious soft under belly.

    Possibly worth considering a film or TV series (you’ve got the traditional stations, Netflix, Apple TV etc.
