My mission is to help 10,000,000 people to realize their potential by impacting their body and mind in order to create a more humanly sustainable world. I am extremely passionate about teaching people to use all components of their identity to improve their health and then making health be the one thing that holds their life together like a glue. I was born and raised in Russia and have a very different perspective on life than most in my generation and I use that to help people see the world of health better. My Marine Corps background taught me a straight forward approach to helping people that has been softened up by having 3 kids.

Synopsis

The main theme of the book is the idea that in modern world we look for quick fixes because we are so busy and distracted. When it comes down to health, there is no such thing and you need to understand a marathon approach versus the sprint. Millions of people are failing their health because unknowingly they are just treating symptoms versus addressing root causes of problems. They do not see how small daily choices create big issues and do nothing about them as they chase the quick fix advice not tailored to their unique situation.

The solutions are presented as the opposite of the mistakes made because you learn best by seeing how something is done wrong so you can relate it to your own mistakes and then apply the correct methods to create positive impact on health. The book addresses all components of health to include Exercise, Nutrition, Stress and Digestion as leaving any of them unattended can cause us to not live the life you desire. It teaches a gradual approach that works for busy lives as it goes completely against "all or nothing" desire that so many people are prone to fall pray to. The message is to change just 10% at a time because you are not your only priority and simply cannot give 100% of your time to your health. Yet through slow, but consistent pace, the changes compound until you are no longer able to recognize your life because it has become better in all aspects due to the health foundation built over time. It all comes down to habits and changing the bad ones into good ones with the goal of achieving results today, maintaining them tomorrow and not negatively impacting our health 10-20 years down the road from the actions that you took.

I have spent over a decade and more that 10,000 hours coaching clients to get them to feel fulfilled in their life by fixing their health. I specialize in tough cases that do not succeed simply by eating less and moving more. I am a yoga teacher, meditation coach, behavior change specialist, nutrition & life coach as well as a trainer that really focuses on application in my coaching a lot more than just knowledge because compliance and consistency come way before specificity. I have worked with people from Fortune 500 Executives to stay at home moms and tailor my approach to the modern life of being overly busy and not being able to back off.
