About the author

Although I'm working in the IT industry, I never forget my love for people and learning OR learning people how to ...
I studied, I learned, I went out and helped people (sure I can say CEO, firms, managers, schools, volunteers, but I'm not working with titles, I'm working with people), I made mistakes so therefor I improved my style until I found the limit of what I was doing.
- What a good time to improve my self!
So I studied, I learned ...
Do you know that "AHA!" moment and after that, you do things faster and easier OR you get it?
I become addicted to this "AHA!" and since is good for me I shared it with people that want to feel better about themself.

Synopsis

I know, I know, I KNOW:
Everybody wants to work with the best, everybody wants to be no.1!
And it's true:
Everyone will tell you how to become no.1, even if there is less than 1% chance to become no.1. I mean like really no.1, not no.1 between 5 random people.
So what to do with the 99% of the people that will not become no.1?
So if someone is climbing to the top:
He is not supposed to be happy?
She is not supposed to have friends?
He is not supposed to enjoy life?
She shouldn't be loved just because she's not no.1?

Don't you think it's time to start feeling better with yourself regardless of your top position? What if the future "only when I'm no.1, I will feel ...", can change to "Anyone can feel happy right NOW"?
After reading the book everyone will find new ways to change their perspective on different concepts like:
Work
Time
Poverty
How they communicate
Humor
Emotions
... and many more common topics.

I want to take this written journey to answer this question: how can I feel better in the same situations that I face each day?
I'm not interested in fancy ideas, just simple new perspectives.
I'm looking for ideas to be put in practice right away, not "after 5 years of learning".
In the last 23 years, I've been working with people and made them feel better. It should be easy to put all my experience in something simple to understand.

Similar titles

  • Stumbling on Happiness, by Daniel Gilbert, Publisher: Alfred A. Knopf - March 20, 2007. This title is similar because Daniel Gilbert is demonstrating that most people don’t know how to make themselves happy, so both books try to find "how to be happy". It is different as Daniel Gilbert focuses on imagination and Happy No2 is focused on real events (you become no.2 based on your actions that are evaluated by others or you).
  • Happiness by Design: Finding Pleasure and Purpose in Everyday Life by Paul Dolan, Publisher: Penguin - 1 Jan. 2015. The title is similar because both books try to find a way to be happy in everyday life. It's different as Happiness By Design shows that in order to be happy we must behave happy, while Happy No.2 takes different situations and transforms them into happy events.
  • The Happiness Factor: How to Be Happy No Matter What! by Kirk Wilkinson, Publisher: Ovation Books - October 1, 2008. This title is similar because both books try to change the perspective of an event in order to see the good part of that event. It's different as Kirk Wilkinson comes with a formula for happiness (P-E-A-S-E-F-U-L approach), while Happy No.2 lets each reader find his own formula for happiness.
