About the author

Prime Hall grew up in Texas, where he attended the Marine Military Academy. A few years later he would enter the Marine Infantry before advancing as a MARSOC Marine Raider, with a specialty as a Marine Corps Water Survival Instructor. He uses tools and techniques, which he brings from this background, as well as what he has learned from training thousands of individuals and teams to create personal breakthroughs. His F.R.E.E. Your Mind Guidebook is the result of these findings, in which a framework was created to coach world class athletes, business executives, and military Special Operations candidates looking to perform at a higher level. The immediate result has been a powerful shift in their lives. Prime’s goal is to facilitate lasting life changes with as many people as possible who, in turn, will create a better society. He is the co-founder of the Underwater Torpedo League and Deep End Fitness. Prime currently resides in Carlsbad, CA.

Synopsis

Following his time in the military as a Marine Raider, many complicated and heavy issues Prime Hall carried got worse. In addition to severe Traumatic brain injury and Post-traumatic stress disorder, some lasting effects from deep childhood trauma were also haunting him.

These traumas were impossible to disguise or medicate away. Nothing worked. From prescriptions, substances, or achieving different milestones of success; Prime could not escape the memories or weight of the trauma. He continued to mask and avoid until he was at the end of his rope. After pleading from his wife and loved ones, he finally began taking steps towards healing, and slowly climbed out from this dark place. Following a long and powerful transformation, he's now on a mission to break silence around these issues to help others facing similar challenges.

In "Obstacles Equal Opportunity", Prime openly shares his story with clear intentions:
• Reach and provide light to those suffering with trauma, depression or other extreme hardships
• Aid in the fight to de-stigmatize seeking help for depression, anxiety or PTSD – with a focus on those struggling with the transition from military service to civilian life.
