About the author

My interest in natural and alternative living has led me to research extensively over the past 45 years. I've trained in a number of modalities. I'm an NLP Master Practitioner, a Demartini Method trained facilitator, LAB Profile trainer and consultant, Success Factor Modeling graduate and have a certificate in Group Leadership Dynamics and Non-Verbal Communication.

Other qualifications include crystal, Atlantean and Jin Kei Do reiki master, Buddho Enersense energy healing and hypnotherapy. I'm a member of the Women Speakers Association and have coached at executive level for 20 years.

I have worked in all areas of the media at national and international level as a journalist, writer and radio and TV presenter. I also worked in PR and marketing and do video and voiceover work. One of the published books I've contributed to is Routledge's New Makers of Modern Culture
