5 Principles to Wise Leadership:
Claiming your leadership: Women are already leading but they don’t see themselves as leaders. I will provide exercises such as power poses, visualizations, and journaling to hep them shift that mindset so that they see themselves in a different light which will then help others see them that way as well. It will also change their actions and behaviors. I will be applying my expertise in psychology, coaching and mind-body strategies.

Unleashing your ambition: Women receive messages from a very young age “to not be too much.” I will address the subconscious messages and how to unprogram them so that they can fully embrace their ambitious and set an action plan on them.
Finding your voice: Women are told all the time that they are either too soft or too b@#$y, which causes many women to stop trying all together. Find your true authentic leadership voice. Stop mimicking male leaders and be true to yourself while being effective!

Lifting each other up: Stop the in fighting ladies! It’s time for collaboration not competition. Competition comes from a scarcity mindset, when you shift to an abundance mindset, this changes. Learn exercised for shifting this mindset and supporting one another instead:

The Power of Purpose: Simon Sinek calls it knowing your Why. You have to know your Why in everything you do. It’s the Golden Thread of leadership. You have to enroll others in your big vision or it will never happen, Wise Leaders know this. Learn strategies for getting clear on your Why, how to enroll others, and use it as the golden thread in all of your business decisions.
