Spending over a decade exploring the unknown and traveling to faraway places, she decided to bring that kind of curiosity and exploration into the classroom. This is where the idea for My Pet Bug came to life, when she was studying to become a certified Montessori teacher. Her mission is to spread awareness that learning can be fun when taught in a hands-on way!

Hey Bug Friends!
Would you believe me if I told you, I found something so totally awesome hidden away, it was quite a surprise and lit up my eyes, the other day…
It was a reminder, of how far I have come.
More than 2 years since that moment at midnight where something inside me sparked alive. Sleep deprived while studying, but I was quite alright. It fact I was better than alright, for some strange reason, in that moment I had never felt so alive.
This was the seed….
That grew.
And now it is in your hands
along with mine too.
My heart has been smiling a lot lately, I can’t help but get excited to share the fun of bugs and letters to those near and far.
When we take moments to remember how far we have come, the fruits of our labor become that much sweeter. Thanks for sharing the journey with me.
