Ryder is a brilliant biracial ball of fun (tongue twister), learning how to process her words when she is overwhelmed and overstimulated. This story is based on fictional character learning how to not bite her peers. She understands the importance of being able to use her words, ask for self as a means of self-advocacy, and explore deep breathing. Is this yoga talk? Indeed. Namaste!
