Dear Friends,
The most frequent question I get is, "How is your book coming?" Some times this question hurts, because it is still not on shelves or in the mail to you, and other times it is fine. Writing, as I have learned is one process and editing is a totally different animal.
Writing the book was like being pregnant and giving birth.
Editing the book is like raising that child; it is thankless work that is never really done, but we are going to get it out of the house, imperfect as it is ,one of these days soon! Friday in fact.
Friday the manuscript will be back with the agent and once again be queried to interested publishers. So that is exciting.
Then it is a waiting game. But, I'll be sure to keep you updated. Know that I am incredibly grateful for your faith, support and patience with me and this process.
