Synopsis

Literally millions of American Christians are entering the workforce for the first time or re-entering following an absence due to years of child-rearing, military service or following a COVID-19 furlough.

After a year like 2020, many may be re-imagining their future and the possibility of pursuing their passions in an entirely new vocational venture.

Whatever their circumstances, they understandably are anxious about entering a competitive work environment and can benefit from proven advice on how to fast-start a career of consequence.

Hardworking Christian employees want to be noticed and recognized in today’s competitive workforce. But many find it challenging to stand out from the crowd.

Fast-Starting a Career of Consequence is the perfect guide for those looking to create a strong, faith-based foundation to boost their career.

Author and business leader, Fred Sievert, knows how to do this from personal experience because his relationship with Jesus Christ and trust in God were the biggest factors in advancing his career. He eventually became the president of a Fortune 100 company.

During his career, Fred mentored many young employees who later became leaders and even CEOs or presidents of their organizations. Following retirement, he not only earned a graduate degree in Divinity; he also taught business-school classes on strategy and leadership.

He offers his unique combination of experiences as a Christian executive, a mentor, and a college instructor to develop a book packed with practical Christ-centered advice. The useful suggestions in this book will enable the reader to successfully launch his or her exciting new vocational journey.

    Hi Fred,

Perfect gift for daughter Kathie who just changed jobs and, though confident in her faith in God, is nervous and excited about "selling" home spaces in an independent living facility. This company is very supportive and encourages their employees to grow personally so I'll encourage her to pass her digital copy to her CEO.

Yes we spent an afternoon at the Desert Museum in Palm Desert on Presidents Council and you gave Judi and me a ride back to the hotel. I also introduced you to the director of the Bronx Zoo.
