With a firsthand understanding of living with Thyroid disease, Kylie’s path to becoming a Naturopath was born out of her deep desire to understand her own health. Over time, Kylie realised that she was most focussed on her own wellbeing when she was working in her business on Thyroid health for others. This realisation highlighted the capacity to naturally attain balance in life and from there, the desire to assist others find that balance in their own lives was born.

In her joyful manner, she will take a problem and break it down into achievable, bite-sized steps leaving you feeling empowered and with a clear path forward. Information on Thyroid health can be confusing and overwhelming, it was this understanding that led Kylie to create Thyroid School an online format where information is distilled and shared with love.

Hello amazing Thyroid Friends!
I am happy to tell you that my book is in full editing mode now with the publisher.
It has been such an amazing experience with both ups and downs through the process. It is certainly very different to self-publishing. In fact, I'm not sure I would have ever finished this particular book had I not found a publisher due to the sheer size of it. I think I would have put it aside and started on something different.
Knowing you were all here waiting for it and I had signed a contract, kept me on course and I pressed "submit" at 2 am a day before I flew out on a holiday that had been pre-arranged. I used that holiday as my deadline. My line in the sand to have it done.
So now we wait.
One of you sent me a funny meme a while back of a cartoon with a writer and publisher at a desk. The publisher said to the author "yep, all the right words... but can you put them in a different order please"
So I am waiting with breath held, that I don't have that exact conversation with him....
I do know though, that once this process is through, that you don't have to wait until it is available for bookshops, to receive your copies. My understanding is that you will get them within a couple of weeks of the finalising of the book.
Getting really close now. I can't wait for you to receive them.
