Update #1 - A White Rose, Update One April 30, 2017

Hi everyone,

Some updates on A White Rose.

First, some people have asked me when the book ships. The preorder campaign is until the end of May, then it gets sent for editing, and if all goes perfectly it ships in September. If all doesn’t go perfectly it ships by Christmas. I will keep you all posted on this.

Second, I’m being interviewed on facebook @ahsrefugees live by a former student on Friday, 6pm eastern time. There will be opportunities for you to interact and ask questions, so please join us!

Lastly, we are at 46 books preordered. That’s amazing! We are about 10% to the 500 book goal. Getting 500 books preordered is not an arbitrary goal – at 500 books, publishers take the book seriously. Thank you so much to all those who have shown interest and have purchased books thus far!

If you preordered already, or if you are planning on it, you did so for a reason. This book is a very small contribution to a large and growing movement to bring peace and love into education, and you are now part of that movement. I sincerely believe we are building a better model together.

Which is why I need to ask you a favor. If you feel as I do, and you are as passionate about these things as I am, please make an effort to reach out to like-minded people directly. Pick two or three or five people that you can facebook message or text and just make them aware of this campaign and include the publishizer link. 500 books by May 28th is the goal, but typically, most of the energy happens at the beginning and the end.

Here’s the goal: help us reach 200 preordered books by Friday! With everyone’s help, I know we can do it!

Much love,

Brian
