Hi everyone!

This is what I hope will be the final update. Everything should be set - edits, the cover, the endorsements, etc. I'm ordering another proof today, and once that arrives and I look it over, if everything looks OK then I'm going to start fulfilling your orders. The hard-and-fast date for fulfillment is January 1st - it may be sooner, but it won't be later.

Thank you all for your patience. I know it isn't very often that, when you order a book, it takes eight months to arrive. Just know that your order helped finance all the things that go into a book (ISBN, cover, proofs, etc.) and that I am extremely grateful for that.
