It's been five months since my last update and my first personal copies arrived just over two weeks ago. All of you who preordered "A Wishful Eye" should have received your physical or digital copy by now. If not, please email me at debmcintyre@msn.com right away. 

If you haven't ordered a copy yet, you can still order one here: A Wishful Eye by Debra McIntyre - Publishizer and have one mailed to you from me within a week. Shipping and handling are included in the price. 

You can also now order it in advance from booksellers such as Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Thrift Books, your local bookstore (if it's not on their radar, ask for it), and Amazon. The official release date is February 11th, so ordering from one of these sites means you won't receive it until after that date. Ordering from an actual bookstore (as opposed to an online-only site) will, however, increase my chances of getting it on store shelves after the release date, which will, of course, increase my readership and sales. 

There is a learning curve to switching from writing and editing to marketing, but I'm getting there. I've held one selling/signing event so far and have another planned for next weekend at a location that is actually a setting in my book. If you're into history and are in the southeastern Indiana area, come see me and get your book in person!
