I'd love to encourage you and leave you with a challenge for your coming week -
Think of one aspect your health (physically, mentally, spiritually, etc.) that you'd like to stop viewing negatively. How can you reframe that viewpoint into one filtered through the lens of joy? What could choosing joy this week whenever you encounter that aspect of your health do? How could that transform that one particular area of your health? Give yourself some space to think, pray and meditate on it and see what God drops into your heart and mind. Freedom and growth is available, no matter how small and insignificant it may appear!
