Hello Everyone
I hope you're all well.
A little update on the book's progress for you. I had an editorial meeting with Nick from Atmosphere Press on Friday morning. Boy, was it eye opening.
Firstly, the book is in a real book format now. I must admit, when I saw its new format I thought to myself, 'Oh, shit is getting real!'
No longer is it something that I simply spewed onto Microsoft word pages. It's taking real shape and form, which is both exciting and nervy.
BUT, I have some work to do.
Nick and my last editor really don't love the title. And I'm starting to think it's not totally representative of the real evolution that took place in the book anyway. I'm going to percolate on that for a while. The new title hasn't arrived yet. But I'll certainly let you know when it does!
The remainder of the work is shedding some pages, reorganising the order of things and getting down and dirty with the nitty gritty of the words. This could take a little while... but I'll keep you posted.
