Hi all! It's been awhile...I received the proofs of the interior of the book, and I'm currently proofreading (and having a couple of other people proofreading) to catch typos and typeset issues. Very excited to share this book with you! I still like it even though I've read it SO many times.  It's looking likely that I'll have the book sometime after June.  I will keep you posted.
