Hi! I think most of you already know...but my pre-order copies are in my hot little hands now, and although the book won't be released until February officially,  you get yours early!

I would also ask that once you do receive and read the book, please write a review for me and put it into this google form. I'm asking for you to do this for two reasons: 1) I would like your feedback and 2) the book won't be officially listed on any sites until mid-November, and I'd like your impression to be fresh.  I want to archive all the reviews/feedback for myself, but once my amazon and Barnes and Noble sites are active, I will email you what you wrote and ask if you would post it (or something else if you like) at Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
