I hope you are all keeping safe and healthy in these times. It's been a while since I last connected to you and I think an update is long overdue.
I have some great news: My first draft is in the can!
This week I submitted the entire manuscript to my editor, which means that Athletes Who Rock! is on pace publication this year. :)
Since my last update, I've conducted several more interviews with exceptional talents from the worlds of sports and music. These are all inspiring overachievers who have engaged in fascinating discussions with me.
The names are big, the stories are awesome. You will not be disappointed!
I have also spoken to a number of psychologists and sports scientists to add insightful analysis to these conversations.
