This Publishizer campaign for Becoming Myself has officially come to a close.

We welcomed 15 early supporters and raised $335. As a brand new author putting a story into the world for the first time, that feels meaningful. Every pre-order represents someone who believes in this book before it is finished. I do not take that lightly.

What this round showed me is that writing a book is one thing. Publishing it well is another. The level of traction needed to fast-track production simply was not there yet. And that is okay.

It's important to me that this story and the release of this book be done properly.

The next phase is refinement. Strengthening the manuscript, gathering feedback from beta readers, and exploring traditional publishing opportunities, which is still my preferred route, while keeping strong self-publishing options open.

Your early copy is still coming. The timeline will be longer than originally anticipated, but you are part of this book now. That does not change.

And because you were here at the very beginning, I would love to involve you more intentionally moving forward.

Over the next few months, you will have opportunities to:

• Volunteer as a beta reader
• Read sneak peeks of newly polished chapters
• Vote on cover concepts
• Help shape the final version before it goes to print

This campaign may have closed, but the book is very much alive.
