Bird Is The Word explores how we can nourish our mind and body by using the everyday practice of bird watching–just like yoga, meditation or reading- and access a powerful 'medicine' to heal our uncertainty, social distraction, and act as a digital detox.
It's a week on and I'm in Italy on a tiny island, writing first thing in the morning and there's a small bird singing a really pretty song just outside. I haven't managed to catch what he or she looks like yet but I intend to one day, for now I'm enjoying those liquid notes.

I've chatted to my agent here at Publishizer and we decided to extend the pre-order campaign until September 30th.
A lot of people were away last month, particularly some of the companies I've been approaching for the Workplace Wellness & Flying High pre-order bonuses. These are bigger bundles of books, with either a bird watching walk for smaller companies and executives to build self-awareness, trust, and look at mindset or a bespoke Wellness Webinar for larger companies.
