Synopsis

Hi, my name is Azhar Khan. The author of the upcoming book Culture.

I invite you to join me on a journey as I write this book and an accompanying interactive digital book to help people across the world become more aware of their own self-cultural identity.

Our world is being torn apart by politically motivated people who want us to believe that our race and colour divides us, and as a species, the human race, we should fight for control of the planet and its resources.

But what if we knew better?

In the last century, in virtually every community on the planet, you will find multicultural communities. African born Americans and Chinese born Europeans. The world changed generations ago, but the rhetoric hasn't.

I was born in Zimbabwe, Africa and I am now a citizen of Australia. My heritage hardly defines me, but I know when you read my name above you placed me in a box. It's not your fault. It's how we have been conditioned to think. To really know me, you would need to know my self-culture and identity and you can't tell that by reading my name, or by the colour of my skin, or even by knowing my heritage. That may have been the case a century ago, but it's no longer the case now. People of all cultures have colonised the planet for generations, yet we aren't recognising this as a species.

This book will help you define your self-culture, and help the human race as a species discover how to co-exist positively by embracing our differences and celebrating our time as custodians of our planet in the short journey called life.

In this book you will discover:
-how as individuals, we influence and determine our own realities.
-how to master the power of self-improvement for yourself and others.
-why understanding self-culture is the ultimate personal development journey.
-what understanding self-culture does to an individual in team environments.
-Master globally how peoples self-culture affect your life and business.

Self-Culture in the context of this book will be focused on the strengths that define the practices of an individuals identity. Through this book, I will share with you how to practice self-culture in life and leadership and refine your purpose and objectives whilst aligning your personal brand and organization for success.

This includes exercises and processes to build and reflect on:
-Personal identity - Who am I?
-Interpersonal-skills - How do I relate or not relate to others?
-Multiculturalism - How do I mix or not mix cross-culturally?
-Define my Character, Behaviour, Personality, Values - What defines me?
-Where am I going?
-What am I doing?
-What is it I am not doing?
-What is my truth?
-What is my calling or purpose?
-Why am I here, in this place, NOW?

I hope and trust that you share my excitement about creating both the print and interactive digital versions of this book by joining me as a backer. I look forward to hearing about your experiences and sharing the stories and tools that are helping others work in this new way.

By backing this book you give yourself and others like you permission to change how we move forward as a species.
