An introvert's guide to creating things people want
Understanding people and how they want is challenging. We have more information than insight and less time than ideas. Let's tackle those!

Hello friend.
Happy Tuesday! Thank you so much for your emotional and financial support so far for Customerology: An Introvert's Guide To Creating Things People Want. (So many title changes, I know! I want to represent how insightful and action driven this work will be. ) I'm glad for all the involvement you've had so far in shaping this curious project, and the input you'll continue to have.
I'm currently working on an Interviewing for Introverts guide/flowchart, to email to you later this week -- highlighting challenges we often face when trying to understand our customers, and how to navigate them. I want it to be in tip-top shape for you. After all, understanding our customers is the key to creating value in their lives that they talk about!
What challenges are you facing right now or what questions about understanding customers are on your mind?

I wouldn't end an email without sharing something, so here's a few key lessons from Game Design and how they can be applied to running a business and building a product. This was created by Jin, through one of our Orange Hive workshops!
Cheers,
Angela
P.S. Could you help me today?
Guy from Publishizer is featuring Customerology tomorrow, and it's best to increase funding level as much as possible before then!
a) If you know someone who'd like to better understand their customers, to know the best practices and particularly challenges of doing so, please share this msg:
"I remember you wanted some tools for understanding customers! My friend Angela is compiling best practices, challenges, and making research practical -- take a look at her upcoming book! You'll have to preorder by April 19th, however: https://publishizer.com/customerology/"
b) If you know someone who'd like beautiful headshots/candids, please share this message! You're also welcome to upgrade your current status!
"I remember you were looking for some beautiful headshots? My friend Angela takes ones with... great energy and authenticity! (See happinesssibeautiful.com). You can get a great deal on a photoshoot if you support her "understanding customers" book before April 19th! I recommend the "headshots" or "beautiful candids" reward options: https://publishizer.com/customerology/"
