Share your ah-ha moment?
I love making theory practical, asking "why," and experimenting ... but Customerology needs more than my/my client's stories. Stories are remembered best. What have you learned about your customers lately, and how? What was said, observed, interpreted, concluded? Please let me know if you have a story to feature in the book!

How to collect actually useful feedback.
The last few "actionable insights" have been for those launching something new, so here's one for improving our current product or service -- we already survey for feedback but, sometimes, we end up with a not-so-useful, biased list of numbers and feature suggestions. What's the point? What can we try instead? Diagram below!
