Intimacy issues are widespread.
What if being a person with a disability made you more equipped to thrive in intimate relationships, rather than inhibited you?
And what if the skills I've learned from my lifelong physical disability could help all of us have stronger intimate relationships?

Hello all!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the holiday season.
I've been very fortunate to have friends visiting me for the holidays and am excited to be finalizing different corporate and client events in January.
I also had the great privilege of attending a salon at the Public Theater last month on disability aesthetic and artistic innovation. A few photos are included at the end of this message. Please give all of the artists a follow if you aren't already.
As we head into a fabulous new year, I'm happy share that I've signed with Amplify Publishing Group to publish and distribute Dating “Disability”.
I spoke with many publishers over the past months and am confident Amplify is the perfect home for this title.
Mel Robbins, whom you may know from her books and podcast, sits on the Amplify board. Mel is a known advocate of self and hybrid publishing. I was very impressed from the start of my research that she picked their board to join (out of the countless options out there) and have continued to be impressed with the Amplify team.
More details on the 2025 publishing timeline to come. In the meantime, I can share that those of you who pre-ordered the book through the Publishizer crowdfunding campaign will receive your copies first (before it goes live on Amazon etc..)
I couldn't have made it this far in the process without your support from the campaign and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me.
I'm wishing you, your family, and friends a very happy close to the year. As always, you can stay up to date on Dating "Disability" and other events on my social channels (YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok).
All the best,
Emily
