Intimacy issues are widespread.
What if being a person with a disability made you more equipped to thrive in intimate relationships, rather than inhibited you?
And what if the skills I've learned from my lifelong physical disability could help all of us have stronger intimate relationships?

Dear readers,
As Disability Pride Month comes to a close, I want to thank each of you for being an ally to me, my voice, and others with disabilities. I deeply appreciate your early support in pre-ordering my book and I'm very excited to get it into your hands soon!
We are in the very final stages of the book's testimonial process, which has involved sharing early copies of the manuscript with trusted experts to gather their thoughts and support. I'm gathering a few final blurbs this week and as soon as they are submitted, the manuscript will be off to the printer and into your mailboxes in late September / early October!
In other news, a few book events are starting to take shape in Montclair, NJ and in New York City. I will keep you posted as details come together!
In the meantime, I invite you to a check out a virtual conference that's happening in October called Rethink Ability. I'll be moderating one of the panel sessions and attending many others. The conference is free to attend and I hope you'll join me!
Wishing you a very happy end to the summer and thank you again for your support!
All the best,
Emily
