Update #1 - Q&A Update about the book! Aug. 10, 2022

1) What's the inspiration behind the title of your book?

"Digital Discipline" echoes the work we need to do in order to stay in control of our lives. It is not easy, but it is worth it. The second part of the title illustrates how your life can be lived to its fullest when you are disciplined with your digital habits.

2) When did you have the idea to write your book?

In June 2020. I had just finished my first book and felt I needed to get creative again.

3) What do you want readers to take away from reading your book?

I want them to realize why they need to change their digital habits and how they can accomplish it.

4) What are your biggest hopes for the book?

My biggest hope with this book is that it will improve some people’s lives. In addition, I hope that it can open the door for coaching people with digital minimalism.

5) What has been the most surprising thing about working on a book?

How long it took to finish the manuscript. My first book was finished in 5 months. This one has taken more than two years to finish. I had a lot on my plate and the manuscript required some very big changes that took a long time to finalize. In the end, the process was well worth it, though.

6) What is your favorite part of the book and why?

My favorite part of the book is the last three chapters. Everything that is covered earlier in the book is put into practice here and my goal is to show people how to implement the information in their lives.
