Update #1 - Thank You! Aug. 3, 2020

Thank you all very much for your early support. It’s giving my book project wings which is very appreciated. My quest is about living well – as in harmony with yourself and the world – while having a positive impact on community and nature. I’ve found that the more intentional I am in using the tools we have access to or create for ourselves (the market economy, digital applications, human mindfulness and ingenuity et cetera), the bigger positive impact I can make in my own and other people's lives and on our beautiful planet.

It has taken me years of research, reflections and practice to create a new way of being and living which aligns with person, people and planet. In many cases I’ve had to go to the extreme to really understand the line between desirable and possible. But I really love to hack the core belief systems that I grew up with and our contemporary societal value systems and turn them into new ways of living. The art I think, is to shift from being to always becoming, letting every new idea challenge the previous standard, incorporate the brilliant and let the rest fall by the wayside for now or forever.

In this book I’m writing about how stuff – physical, digital, social, mental, financial – can hijack our time, space and attention and how we can simplify our lives to regain control and make a positive impact. This book is about living with intent and mindfulness, using what we have and accepting that the greatest gift in life is really who we are and have the potential to become.
