Gregg Potter, You Fool!

Gregg Potter

A collaboration framework from stories of a friend collector.

Gregg Potter, You Fool! highlights everyday events (unintentional collaborations) to examine how we intentionally collaborate with other independent organizations and actors. Assembling a team, delegating roles, creating agreements, hosting meetings, and ending the collaboration are all significant parts of a successful group effort. A component Potter repeats in the book is the need for a facilitator. With the framework in this book, individuals and organizations can examine opportunities to create more impactful collaborations in their lives.

Update #1 - WOW! Holy F***ing WOW! Feb. 10, 2021

First, I am so grateful about the response in just the first day.  Each one of you hold very specific spots in my heart.  Your support really means the world to me and I do not take it for granted.

Second, I had to giggle as orders were coming in because so many of you are included in the book. Your names may have been changed, but you’ll know it’s you.  Next week I’ll share a sample of the book on how to choose your team. The story I share is about how we got to WI’s Best Bloody Mary Fest. (I can’t believe the whole team ordered yesterday!) When we first launched that, we were shocked at the immediate response and that is how I’m feeling this morning.

I’ve been fortunate to have love and support from so many different people in my life. I’m honored to have the opportunity to share many of that in this book. As I tear up typing this, I wish there was a much more grandiose way to say thank you!

I’ll keep the updates coming.  Have a phenomenal Wednesday!

Love,

Gregg

P.S. In addition to WI’s Best Bloody Mary Fest, I’ll have one more sample during the launch. Keep your eyes out for the story when I accidentally dyed my hair orange at three in the morning. It’s all about expectations and communication.
