Dear all,

We hope this note finds you as well as possible, given many stressors in our midst. This has been one of the most surreal and challenging 6-month periods in our lifetimes.

Thank you again for your support of our upcoming book, Growing Up at Work.  If there was ever a moment to emphasize the importance of emotional maturity - especially for leaders - this is it. 

While our book will not come out before Election Day, may this be a reminder that psychological maturity and leadership are simply two sides of the same coin. That is one of the basic premises of our book and we are excited to share more with you.

Speaking of which, we have found a publisher!  Our book will be published by Greenleaf Book Group, under their River Grove imprint.  Greenleaf has published many fine books and we believe our book will have a good home there.  We have recently submitted our manuscript to them, and the editing process is underway.

According to the project timeline, our book should be out on May 25, 2021.  We look forward to sharing it with you then.  We also hope our world will be in better shape by then - with emotionally mature leaders to show for it. ;)

Many thanks again for your support and for your patience. Publishing a book takes time - more than we imagined.  Stay tuned for more updates, including a webinar about the ideas discussed in our book.
