I wanted to check in to make sure everyone has received their copy of the book. If you have not, please let me know so I can try to track it down! All paperbacks were mailed on 8/15 via USPS media mail, and the e-books went out on 8/17. I had a few international mailings and those likely have not arrived yet.

Important: If you enjoy the book, please hop over to Amazon and/or Goodreads and leave me a review. Those are extremely important for sales. As much as I hate Amazon and boycott them, having reviews there is very important. You can add one even if you didn't purchase it from there.
