This book is a personal narrative from Timothy about growing up with ADHD and being the first group of kids to be prescribed medication. Topics include what it’s like growing up with ADHD, the experience with medication, and how it affected the author whereas Myk’s book follows a positive approach and outlines strategies someone can use to stay focused on the things they want to accomplish.
