Update #1 - I have a surprise for you..... May 12, 2023

Dear Subscribers,

Thank you for subscribing to my upcoming book. Several of you have sent me notes of encouragement, and I want you to know how much I appreciate it. I'm going to be sending you updates as we go through the campaign. This is update #1, and I have a surprise for you......

Would you believe this is my second book!?  Shhhhhhhh, don't tell anyone. :-)

But, seriously...I wrote a book way back in 2007. But, whatever you do, don't order it. It's really not that good. Actually, you can order it if you like. It's entitled, "Listening to Nature: Identifying, Sustaining, and Replicating Organizational Growth."  It may not be in print any longer.  I think I only sold one copy, to my Kisha, my wife...and she probably asked for a discount. LOL!

Unlike "30 for 30..." I did not write that book for a large audience; I wrote it for myself. You see, that book represented my internal musings on personal and organizational leadership. At the time I was striving to be a great high school principal at McCaskey East High School in Lancaster, PA. I would read everything I could get my hands on. And I processed what I was reading by writing my thoughts, journalling.  I then turned it into a book.

Why did I publish it? I'm not sure. I think I thought others might find it helpful.

The same can be said about this book. I trust that others find it inspiring, informative, and helpful, especially educators, parents, students, and faith leaders...to name a few.

Thanks again!

Look for update #2 coming soon.
