Dear Friends,

I hope this message finds you well. The book continues to do well. Thank you again for supporting my book almost two years ago! As 2025 ends, I’m reaching out to share something that means a great deal to me, and to invite you to be part of it.

The Leadership Initiative for Faith and Education, or L.I.F.E.  (https://life.gse.harvard.edu/), is a national initiative that I began a few years back. LIFE exists to build bridges between the worlds of faith and education, two of the most powerful forces shaping lives and communities, to help every child and educator flourish.

This is a cause that matters deeply to me. Across the U.S., students continue to face inequities that limit their futures. But research consistently shows that faith and spirituality, when embraced inclusively, have a profound impact on student well-being, resilience, and long-term success.

  • Creating spaces for collaboration that advance both academic excellence and human flourishing.
  • Training and equipping leaders through Harvard and beyond.
