As you can see above, the major update is that the title to the book has been amended so it better encapsulates the fundamental message behind it. The production process is humming along pretty smoothly but writing the introduction has proved rather more challenging than expected. Trying to capture the key themes succinctly is not as simple as you might think!
I navigated the developmental edit, which is mainly concerned with structure, without undue alarm and I am now deep in the nitty gritty around language, idiom, punctuation etc. Indeed, I have another call with my copy editor this Friday to nail down outstanding points of detail so I must now head back to my manuscript. However, I will share a brief snippet from the book to whet your appetite for more.
A few years ago, I hosted an OFFLINE dinner and one lady arrived slightly late by which time there was a real hubbub in the room. I introduced her to my friend Johannes to whom she then curtsied and stated “Good evening, Your Highness!” He took it in his stride with typical Swiss phlegm and happily sidled over to his table accompanied by his newly conferred royal status!
