I trust this finds you well. Hopefully spring is springing wherever you are :)
It has been a month, to the date, since this pre-order campaign ended and I am very excited to report success! As of yesterday, I have signed on with Atmosphere Press based in Austin, Texas.
The decision process has been one of big learning for me. The eight publishers who expressed interest through the campaign included all of the different models available in the industry. So, at first I was comparing apples to oranges to bananas. Then, after live conversations with all eight, I identified two top options - an orange and a banana. I stayed in a final difficult decision space for about two weeks, and feel great about my choice. It is full-steam ahead! The manuscript is in their possession now.
The official word is that I will have books to ship to you in the 5 to 7 month range, though it could be sooner. At that launch point, the book will also be listed on common platforms such as Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, etc.
