Elevating Discomfort in Service of Life-long Learning
License to Learn delivers a flexible and intriguing "map." With it, Anna invites you to see life's challenges (chosen and unchosen) differently, and make meaning from them in new ways. This is the first book in a non-fiction trilogy aiming to elevate the experience of discomfort in solving many current cultural and environmental challenges.

Hi all~
I'm writing to let you know that the official release date for my book (via Amazon and Barnes & Nobles) has shifted to Jan 1, 2021. The reason is that I decided to make some small but important changes, so I retracted it from behind the scenes and then resubmitted. There were three sentences that were haunting me just a bit and the right solution finally jumped into my head, so this is what prompted the whole thing. Besides being grateful to have the official release not be in 2020(!), I was able to make the changes and definitely think it was the right decision.
Although this change does not affect your physical copy/ies, it does mean these things:
1) There are approximately 200 copies in the world that are what I now consider the ever-so-slightly-more-"raw" edition of the book; including yours.
2) If anyone you know pre-ordered through Amazon or Barnes and Nobles, it will be a month later in being shipped to them. They will be getting the "new" edition.
3) I have approximately 60 more copies of the "raw" edition in my possession, on sale for $18, including shipping, in the US. (For international orders, the cost is $15 plus actual shipping cost.) If you would like to place an order for additional copies just like the one you already own, we'll need to work directly via phone, email, paypal, venmo, check, etc. to make it happen at that price. Let me know!
Also, I recently learned that you cannot leave reviews on Amazon or B&N until the release date, January 1. However, if you'd like to submit a review on my website, you can do that before January 1 (annaswitzer.com).
Lastly, if anyone would like to chat about the book after you read it, I would love that!
All best to you and yours, now and through the holiday season!
Anna
