Update #7 - "When Will I See the Book(s) I Bought?" Dec. 7, 2015

This is my plan for distributing pre-sale copies of Lily Was the Valley. (Keep in mind this is a one-man band learning as it goes, but I will absolutely do my best to make these dates happen.)

Dec. 14: Pre-sale ends. Publishizer processes payments.

Dec 14 or 15: You will receive an email from me with specific information about your reward level. Be ready to:

A. Reply to me with your ebook file format preference:
1. Kindle (.mobi)
2. ePUB
3. .azk (Kindle App for iOS)
4. PDF
Please don't email me your preference before you get the email requesting it. (Also, I won't know how to help you with getting a file onto your specific device, so if you need to, please google instructions for your device or find a tech-savvy friend!)

B. Forward (one per email) the CODE(S) I provide you to the friends you bought them for. I will also provide you a standard text email that you can use. If you decide not to give a friend a code until Christmas (because it is a gift), it is no problem for them to redeem their code later.

Dec 22: All ebook files (yours and all friends who have redeemed) will be distributed directly from dann at dannrobertjohnson.com. (This is earlier than the “1 week before launch" promised on the pre-sale site.)

Last week of December: Regular (unsigned) softcover copies of the book will be printed and mailed to purchasers direct from the printer.

First week of January: Book will launch on Amazon in softcover and Kindle formats.

Late January to late February: If you ordered a signed copy of the book, it will be mailed to a friend of mine, hand-carried to Thailand, get lovingly signed, hand-carried back to the U.S., and re-mailed to you. Your book will have traveled the world by the time you see it!
