There are a lot of books out on the 'self help' subject, but her's is a clear and common-sense examination of the subject of how to determine and understand personality. My book is different in that it speaks less to the science of personality and applies the teachings to how to and creating a powerful tool for self ownership and successful application.
  • The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. 2009 Harper-Collins. In this book, Hendricks discusses some of the same basic principles that I talk about and demonstrates how to go beyond your internal limits, release outdated fears and learn a whole new set of powerful skills and habits to liberate your authentic greatness. His book actually talks a lot about his stories with clients and accomplishments. Mine focuses more on exercises, questions and helping readers discover the how to of defining their "genius."
