Now, for the "not so good news" ... the author copies I ordered will be arriving sometime between Oct. 17 to Oct. 21. That is a long wait! And I paid extra for them to expedite this mailing.
Unfortunately I can't use the Prime Shipping option for Bulk Orders for Authors.
