Theres a specific spot I like to sit at and enjoy my cup of tea because I can look down and see the length of my house. In it, I see my kitchen appliances, the second entrance hallway that leads to my piano and my family room where I put my Christmas tree…I look at my surroundings and think how lucky I am to have been afforded the chance to make such a lovely home. I’m so grateful for the life I live; the home I have, the work (volunteering) I do and the people in my life. I would not be able to write my book without the support of my peers.
