We're coming up on the one-year anniversary of the launch for One of the Few, and I would like to share some exciting developments!
The book has been optioned by a producer in L.A. That means that they want to try to get it made into a movie! There are no guarantees, but how cool is that? He'll be spending the next year looking for a purchaser and trying to put team together to make it happen. We'll see... :)
Additionally, I am now represented by Julie Gwinn of the Seymour Agency in New York. She will be helping with the possible movie negotiations as well as exploring paths to traditional publication.
I'm re-launching the book next week in honor of the one-year anniversary, as well as to honor Veterans Day and the USMC birthday to boot!

I've gone "wide" with the e-book, which means it's now available on Kindle, NOOK, Kobo, iBooks, and Smashwords.

I have a few other projects in the works, including an e-course teaching authors how to start crushing Amazon reviews.

But I have also been very busy with more important things, like having a baby! We welcomed Shepherd Steele Ladd into the world on October 11. He has his father's temperament and his grandfather's hair.
