Somebody is breaking into politiican's houses and copying sensitive information. When the Office of the Chief Investigator is called in the body count starts to go up. As the investigation proceeds it becomes clear that there is more to things than just photographing files.

DC Whitman is a Metropolitan Poice Officer who was part of the team of six that were originally investigating Operation Westminster before it was taken over by the Office of the Chief Investigator. She holds a Masters Degree. However she did not joiin the graduate programme.
She lives with her wife who works at Thamues House and is five foot four. Her relationship wit her senior colleagues was strained and not just because of her sexual orientation. The lack of trust caused friction mainly due to perceived leaks on her part.
