The editing of "Playing the Indian Card" has taken longer than I had expected. I got one of the best editors in the business to go over it; this guy chairs the Professional Standards Committee of the Editors' Association of Canada, and has a postgraduate degree in History from Columbia University. Unfortunately, being top-flight, his schedule is crowded, and so I had to be patient. But the book is now edited, and is scheduled for release as an ebook by Bonsecours Editions on March 17. It should be available beginning on that date from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, Smashwords, and the rest of the big online retailers.
Hoping I can send you your own e-copy then, if you have pre-ordered.
But do remember that you already have full access to a pre-edited copy in .pdf format. If you have lost the link, let me know, and I will re-send.
