Jennifer is the Development Manager for Random Acts, an organization focused on promoting and supporting random acts of kindness all over the world. She is also a professor of Communication Studies, earning her Ph.D. at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She is married to Daniel and has twin daughters who are seniors in high school.
