Rosemary Kimani is an ex-advertising strategy directory who has worked on global brands in the U.S. and France. Now she is a writer and digital nomad on a quest to experience authentic food from around the world. Together with her partner Claire Rouger, they created Authentic Food Quest to transform travelers’ experiences through the discovery and knowledge of authentic foods.
