OK, the team at Publishizer have been working very hard, so we are hopefully very very very close to a deal with a good publisher... yes, it's taking a long time, but fingers crossed it will be worth it...
But, in the meantime, I've found a 2nd hand copy of the sample book on Amazon;
It's not available now because I asked them to take it down. It's from a San Francisco vendor.
I printed off about 12 copies and have been circulating a few. If you still have one, can you please let me know and if you're finished with it, please bring it back.
