In the case of confidence versus arrogance, as an example, this book shows you, in a storytelling format, how a confident leader is always grounded, laser focused, crystal clear, humbled, trustworthy, open and inviting while an arrogant leader is constantly perturbed, confused, ineffective, untrusted, unwelcomed, rejected and even deserted.

So if we continue with the confidence versus arrogance as a gray zone example, this storytelling book shows you:
