Well it's been a loooooooooooooooooong time coming, but I finally received my shipment of your pre-order books from my publisher a month before the book publishes! Hooray!

This table of contents you'll notice is different from what I originally imagined for the book, but I believe as you see it you'll see how I further improved upon my original concept.
